Video: Levels for Love
Go hereto read our first blog post about Levels for Love, andhereto visit the official website!
Jennifer Shaffer, the Brightwood resident who organized the charity event/video game marathon Levels for Love (to benefit UNICEF), talks about the event while friends Becky Cech and Melissa McClure play their way through Super Mario Galaxy 2 for the Wii. Since the video was made, the girls have raised even more, and as of this writing are at $575 (with 110 of 546 levels unlocked, and 42 completed). They started gaming this morning at 10 a.m., and will continue until all the unlocked levels are beat. You can still donate if you wish, as well.
