Instructions: Send us a photo of your child’s pumpkin (with or without its creator) by e-mail to managinged@thenorthsidechronicle.com. Or, mail your entry to 922 Middle Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 using this form. All entries must be received by Oct. 25 and include child’s name, child’s age, parent’s name, and a valid phone number or e-mail address to be eligible. Entries received after the Oct. 25 deadline will not be considered.
