Starting tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 14), parents and guardians can log onto Facebook and get information about school delays and closings in real time.

In order to get these up to the minute announcements, you have to have a Facebook account and be a “fan” of the district.  You can find their Facebook page here.

The district will still distribute information about delays and closings with local TV stations and newspapers for those who like it the “old fashioned” way.
