What: Northside/North Shore Chamber Holiday Gala
Where: The New Hazlett Theater
When: 7:30 p.m. (Dec. 23 at 2 p.m.)
Dickens’ magical tale of Scrooge, Ghosts, Tiny Tim and the Cratchit family returns this holiday by popular demand. This classic tale of redemption was created in 1991 by Ken and Jane Gargaro. This heartwarming show brims with holiday spirit. Seasonal carols and the music of Bach, Mozart, and Vaughn Williams provide a tuneful framework for this production which Post-Gazette theater critic Chris Rawson has deemed “child-friendly and fun.”

From 11 a.m. till 3 p.m., Santa will be taking special requests, plus posing with a penguin for an unforgettable family photo. No reservations required. Free with admission.
