The City of Asylum is conducting a survey to better understand the Northside and how people feel about life in the community.

The survey will assist City of Asylum in planning and evaluating its programs. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes and is completely anonymous.

The survey is a standard survey that is currently used in several communities around the U.S.

City of Asylum has been distributing paper copies of the survey during meetings with Oliver Lake. If you have mailed the survey in already, please disregard this brief
