James Hoy, known for his steam punk-influenced, one-of-a-kind house renovations, recently completed a post office-themed house at 607 Middle St. in Historic Deutschtown.

This loft-style house features various mail room accessories, like vintage wall-mounted mail boxes and mail bins.

Not one to take time off, Hoy is working with Ray Sefscik, Jr. and Nate Morgan of Northside Worldwide, Inc. to transform a row of houses on Ocala St. in Fineview.
