Allegheny Center event to offer unique holiday gifts
By Rachael Rennebeck
An arm cuff made of copper and a few feathers, a two-seat carved bench, and a perched dragonfly embroidered on a throw pillow are all up for grabs at “I Made It Market” Nov. 27-28 at Nova Place in Allegheny Center.
The holiday market is a gathering of local artists selling one-of-a-kind items during the beginning of the holiday-shopping rush, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.
Now in its ninth year, this artistic event features 100 vendors, a food truck round-up, a flea market, kids craft area and live music by Fresh Camp.
Market hours are Friday, Nov. 27 ,12 p.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 28, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
