Manchester soloist sings National Anthem during Oath of Office Ceremony

Manchester resident, Gloria Sheffield, sings the National Anthem during an Oath of Office Ceremony for Judge Daniel D. Regan on Dec. 30. Sheffield is a Committeewoman and soloist who has performed various events throughout the city including a performance in 2012 at Carnegie Mellon in front of President Obama.
