New Aviary exhibit to open this week

The Pittsburgh Avairy will open its newest show, “Nature’s Voice,” this Friday, Jan. 8, to the public. The show will feature six birds including a pair of Burrowing Owls that were hatched and raised at the Pittsburgh Aviary in Allegheny Center, a Palm-nut Vulture, a Laughing Kookaburra, a Harris Hawk, Silver Gulls and a Eurasian Eagle-owl. “Nature’s Voice” will have two daily showtimes at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.. Tickets are $5 in addition to general admission.
