Chamber of Commerce to host networking event for students

Students will have the chance to get their foot in the door with local Northside businesses and employers during the Northside/North Shore Chamber of Commerce Employer/Student Meet-and-Greet at the National Aviary March 23 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Students, 16-18 years old, are encouraged to bring their resumes, introduce themselves to possible employers and network with local businesses in an effort to expand their professional network and prepare themselves for real world job experience. The after-school and weekend work programs are a part of the OneNorthside Initiative and will accept 20 participants.
