Atria’s releases new spring menu
By Rachael Rennebeck
Atria’s is often referred to as that place with the out of this world Pot Roast Nachos. But this spring, the Atria’s Live @PNC PARK Menu has other contenders on deck to take the lead.
From ‘Fan Favorites,’ including Chicken Marsala, to divine decadence, thanks to Prantls, Atria’s is touting variety and uniqueness, while maintaining its reputation for hearty taste. Longtime favorites like sliders and Quattro Fromage are still safely positioned under The Opening Act, better known as starters. Bucco Louie’s Sweet & Tangy Wings are new to the Opening Act, while the Cherry Stone Clam Linguini is quickly gaining major pasta points.
Savory meals with robust and distinct taste is Atria’s goal for lunches, dinners and light fare pairings with pre-game cocktails. But the biggest ingredient collision gone good is the newest creation under handhelds; the Good Cop Pierogi Tacos.
“This combination is what Atria’s is most excited to boast about because it is a combo of favorite comfort foods,” said part owner Jack, Johnny Angel, Hunt. “It is what I suggest to any newcomers or regulars.”
This mad mix is simply two large pierogis wrapped around grilled kielbasa with sauerkraut, sautéed onions, sour cream, and mustard. A dollop of coleslaw, with fries or homemade chips, and this bite may become the next big hit.
Lunch time combos, The Smoking Section and Southern Seafood Features are all favorable additions to the menu. The Smoking Section allows the selection of two or three house-smoked meats, and the Southern menu speaks for itself, and speaks highly of the return of the Blackened Catfish Bites.
“The fish bites were once a signature and now that they are back again, I can’t see them going anywhere,” said Hunt.
