Summer is around the corner, which means school is almost out for the kids and new road-paving projects are underway. We have already gotten some roads paved in the Northside, but there are plenty more listed for completion. An updated list of current and future paving projects can be found on pittsburghpa.gov.

Please remember that as school comes to an end, children and families will be outdoors more often. Exercise caution while driving, especially around parks and playgrounds. I would also like to remind you that deer and other animals come out more often in the warm weather, which makes driving at night particularly dangerous for those of us who live closer to wooded areas.
