Most Holy Name Parish will hold their Annual Parish Festival on Saturday, June 10th from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday, June 11th from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. this year.  The family-friendly event began in 1983 in part of a celebration for the 100th Anniversary of St. Anthony’s Chapel  – the historic Chapel of Holy Relics, which will be open for visitors from 1 – 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday to tour and visit the gift shop.

As in years past, local favorite festival foods will be available, including homemade stuffed cabbage, hand cut french fries, homemade funnel cakes, halushki, grilled sausage & hamburgers, and hand squeezed lemonade. New to this year is a Festival Breakfast offered after the Parish’s Sunday service for $7 that includes quiche Lorraine, home fries, bacon, fresh fruit, mini croissant, danish, coffee, tea or orange juice.

To begin the weekend-long festival, their monthly Hidden Treasures Rummage Sale will be held from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 10 with two floors of affordable treasures in the convent building. Other attractions include a Silent auction and Chinese auction for items such as tickets to Pittsburgh attractions & gift cards. New games for both children and adults are scheduled this year, with many raffle prizes for a variety of interests and ages to win.

Of course, the most sought after Cash Raffle for $5,000, $2,000 or $1,000 prizes are back this year and the winning tickets will be drawn at 3 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
