The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh has released a Request for Proposals for experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long maintenance of its vacant properties. Properties are grouped in geographic bundles in Hazelwood, Homewood, Larimer, the Hill District, and Manchester.

Proposals are due July 6 with a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28 in the 1st Floor Conference Room, 200 Ross St.
