How I Learned What I Learned at New Hazlett Theater

Wali Jamal stars in this one-man show, an autobiographical play by August Wilson exploring friends, work, racism, music and love. By request of the artist, audience members should be at least 18 years old. Price is the $13 student cost for everyone on Thursday night. Runs through Saturday, September 1. MAKEnight: Medieval! (21+) at the Children’s Museum

From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., enjoy a Medieval-themed MAKEnight and get a chance to solder your own metal crown, learn papermaking skills and dance around a Maypole.
