In this episode, Managing Editor Ashlee Green interviews Chef Emily Larsen, who runs the Food Program at Providence Connections Family Support Center. Larsen is redefining what it means to be a “lunch lady,” and Monday through Friday, she serves breakfast, lunch, and a snack to an average of 70 kids under the age of five.
