Annual Tap Takeover at Federal Galley for Pink Boots Society
This is a release of ALL of the collaborations from this year’s International Women’s Day Big Boots Collaboration Brew Day. Federal Galley generously hosts this event each year and donates a portion of the sale from these beers back to the Pink Boots Society. Pack the house, drink to women in craft beer and support your local breweries! Event takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. More information available on the Facebook event page.
Cafe Innovation: Customers, Trust and the Bottom Line at Alloy 26

Track Meet at the III Royale (Open Cypher w/Live Band)
Every third Thursday at Young Brothers Bar in the Northside from 7 to 11 p.m. The III Royale is the event space connected to Young Bros. Follow the sound of live music… Track Meet is an interactive hip hop experience that combines freestyle rapping, art, dancing and more into the cypher. $5 / 21 + / Open cypher. Fish Fry & More at Riverview Church
Stop by from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for lunch or dinner at the Riverview Church’s almost famous fish fry! Menu items include: hand-battered haddock, fresh cut french fries, shrimp, mac & cheese, haluski, pierogies, spicy hot cheese balls, clam chowder, cole slaw, baked goods and beverages. Major credit cards accepted. Eat in or take out. Riverview Church is located at 3505 Perrysville Ave.
Full Moon Hike at Riverview Park
Get out, get some fresh air and enjoy the sights and sounds of Riverview Park at night. Join Park Ranger Nancy Schaefer for a two to three-mile hike under the light of a winter full moon. To participate, send an email to be added to the list and meet at the Visitor’s Center at 5:30 p.m. Wear good footwear and you may bring your head lamp or a flashlight to be used for emergencies. Hike takes place in the natural light, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. All ages welcome. The hike will take place if it snows but if it rains, it will be cancelled. RSVP to: riverviewpark.pgh@gmail.com

Angels in the Garden Neighborhood Clean Up on Spring Garden Avenue
Meet at 9 a.m. on the corner of 931 Venial St. and Spring Garden Avenue to help Northside neighbors paint, power wash, and cement approximately two and a half miles of Spring Garden Avenue. If you want to volunteer or donate call Paul at 412-901-3006 or Joe at 412-657-8813.
FutureFest at Buhl Park
Pittsburghers can learn, play and envision a sustainable future at the region’s third “FutureFest” held at Buhl Park in the Northside. Festivities will include music, art, food, vendor market and various interactive activities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Location is adjacent to the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. A new component of the 2019 biennial festival presented by Communitopia will be the integration of Pennsylvania Resources Council’s “ReuseFest” to collect a wide variety of materials for use by local nonprofit organizations. Easter Sunrise Service at Riverview Park
The 85th annual Easter Sunrise Service will be held at Riverview Park near the Observatory at 6:30 a.m. This is a community-based, inter-denominational service and all are welcome to attend. Bring a chair and wear warm clothes. Click here for more information and the list of participants.
