After a successful launch on Saturday, Nov. 7, the event organizer and vendors moved to hold shopping online out of an ‘abundance of caution.’

Nearly two dozen vendors signed up to be part of the Northside Leadership Conference’s (NSLC) Holiday Market on East Ohio Street in two spaces: one indoor, the former shop space of The Farmer’s Daughter Flowers, and one outdoor, across the street in the gated green space between the florist’s new location and recently opened Fig & Ash Wood Fire Kitchen.
Scheduled to be open to the public every Saturday after its initial launch on a sunny Saturday on Nov. 7, the current status of COVID-19 cases within Allegheny County brought another “stay at home” advisory prompting to postpone the market.
Shoppers can now check out the market’s vendors safely from their own homes, here.
In addition to the vendor market, there is also a Northside Holiday Shopping Guide for 2020 on the NSLC Facebook with specials and promotions from participating Northside small businesses, plus a directory of Northside small businesses that have online ordering available for shopping, gift cards, and take-out orders, here.
