The Northside Chronicle seeks photographer
The Northside Chronicle is seeking photojournalists for a series of grant-funded photo projects from January through July 2023.
Qualified candidates should have experience in these key areas:
– knowledge of professional camera skills to use a Nikon camera or have their own professional equipment
– comfort and familiarity working with the public
– the ability to take reference names and notes as needed

Projects will include photography of Northside community events, major Northside landmarks, and businesses. In total, there will be no more than 20 projects available over the course of the grant period.
The hired photojournalist will be paid on a per-assignment basis with a scheduled project itinerary. Hourly rate starts at $15 and is negotiable based on experience and scope of work agreed upon.

Please send your resume and a minimum of 3 samples of past work to editor@thenorthsidechronicle.com . We are looking to bring someone on board in January, so apply quickly.
