King Cake, a traditional Mardi Gras food, was served during the festivities. It is Mardi Gras tradition to hide a small plastic baby in the cake, and whomever receives the piece with the baby must serve the cake next year.

The Eagleburger Band performed at the party, bringing the Bourbon Street bravado.
